The new headquarters, scheduled for completion at the beginning of 2025, in the land adjacent to the current offices, will cover a total area of ​​more than 10,000 sqm.
The architectural complex will be divided into work areas alternating with large open spaces and will be able to accommodate 650 employees when fully operational. Inside there will also be an auditorium, a company restaurant, a gym and a nursery.
Peculiarities of the buildings will be the total immersion of the structure in nature and the absolute compatibility with the surrounding environment, expressed through construction choices that reduce the environmental impact to a minimum and which will allow obtaining LEED and WELL Platinum certifications.

SUMMARY
In the new Kering HQ in Padua, Frame Facades was involved by the main contractor to support with the optimization of the current facade in order to meet the local regulations and achieve lower costs to meet the project budget.
