The scheme will create ca. 2,500 sqm of affordable workspace and 110 new homes on a site currently occupied by light industrial warehouses.
The facade comprises of a brick rainscreen with inset windows and doors and a pavilion with perforated metal rainscreen.

SUMMARY
In Bernard Works, Frame Facades was challenged to find the best solution for the brick facade on the project, detailing the most complex interfaces and identifying the most suitable solutions. In addition to that, CAD drawings of intrerfaces with windows and doors where provided to provide early coordination on the project.
