Overlooking Piazzale Zavattari in Milan, where the San Siro district begins but also not far from Portello and the CityLife district, Ivory is the result of the renovation of a building from the 1950s. This solution includes large balconies and terraces that act as an open-air extension of the offices through a new stick built glazed façade.

Frame Facades was appointed to provide façade value engineering services by the appointed main contractor and support with the façade contractor selection.
OPTIMISING PERFORMANCES
SUMMARY
For this project, Frame Facades supported with structural calculations and acoustic evaluations of the glass elements to find an optimised glass build-up for the different situations.
